@innocent4eva Technically, a serial killer needs 3 kills or more. He may have been caught before he could do that. I suspect there are more victims. If he murdered a hooker in Thailand - who would ever know?? I'm just saying he displays the typical behavior patterns of serial killers. Most specifically, he's a pathological liar, he displays a psychopathic disconnect from others, he's the correct age/race and basically a loner, has mother issues, thinks he's smarter than law enforcement, etc...

The man of a million lies. There was "no friend" who hid the body. Natalie didn't take drugs (unless it was date rape drugs.) She didn't go into convulsions (until he probably smashed her on the head with a rock.) This is a classic serial killer. A good looking liar -- who can't even admit the truth to himself because it's so horrific and sick: He enjoys murdering women for his sexual pleasure. Can't get any sympathy for that though, can you? So, he creates elaborate lies to win sympathy.
