Environmental health consumer advocate David Steinman, and the Organic Consumers Association, held a press conference at the Ramada Inn to announce recent 1,4 dioxane test results for twenty laundry detergents. Earth Friendly Products, Ecos Laundry Detergent had no detectable 1,4 dioxane.

I saw a list that said 7th generation does still have some 1,4 dioxane in it---but that might have changed. And I have also noticed that it isn't a brand thing, some individual products are good, and some are not --don't trust the brand

We make our own soap with Dr Bronners. It is better than any OTC laundry soap- takes time to make it, but it was worth it.

Ecos is the best smelling and working natural detergent I've tried! So exciting to know it is as safe as advertised--and at Costco too!!

Why would someone buy Ecos laundry detergent? They don't sponsor no nascar racing team like Tide, who cares about the drinking water.DUH!
