The Video Conference Environment (VCE) is a non-proprietary HD video and audio conference environment that allows data sharing and face-to-face meetings across existing IP networks. In use by a major energy company in Houston and London, it has paid for itself many times over in it's first year of operation by eliminating air, hotel, and lost productivity costs.
I'm at INFOCOMM in Orlando, Florida right now scoping out the other "collaborative environments". Lot's of gimmicky mirrors and such. Our system is off-the-shelf n terms of equipment and connectivity allowing for reduced cost and quick installation turn-around.
