  • yeah they say it is just psychobabble and does not exist. Whether it does or does not, i hate myself and i sure the hell am different.

  • great vid man ! big up to you . it sucks so bad when people throw that at me. instead of support on finding out i mostly got these reactions. and i lost alot of friends too. its been a hard couple of years . but eventually i'll get it right..

    be good man!

  • I get this all the time. I'm forty-three years old & have had a lifetime to become a master at imitation & blending in. My own boyfriend has to be reminded even after 2 years that I am not trying to be difficult or aloof, but that my communication style is different & I can not help it. It's so frustrating. My family doubts I have it, I feel as though none of them know me & don't care to if they can't even research the info about it & see that it's true, but only accuse me of pretending.

  • @Ihatemyusernamemore it is not so easy for everyone. I do not blame anyone for my inferiority. ...it sure the hell doesn't help when another fellow aspie gives people shit for being "fruity" as if there is something wrong with it.

  • @Frizzurd I fully identify with his comment, I have memories of being a kid going to therapy groups and being bored shitless by the aspies in them who would be mega geeky and blame everyone of their shortcomings from being crap at sport and athleticism to not having friends to the fact that they happened to be being a huge dickhead on the day on their aspergers. People with aspergers like us have to work and study social skills, it's not impossible and it's definately worth it

  • @Aspanaut Well arnt you so fucking superior

  • It seems like "normal" people fall into three camps in how they view us. There are the Oprah-styled people who say all kinds of positive fluff about how we arnt pathetic and have a chance in this survival of the fit. Then there are the people who ignore the trouble we have and say we are just using it as an excuse not to do better, like we are just being lazy or some shit. and the last type are the people who just flat out think we are inferior.

  • "You seem pretty normal to me." I HATE when people say that, and I also noticed the people who do say things like that seem very uninformed about AS.

  • I love your confidence and attitute! Gee I wish I was like you:)

  • i think people with "ass-burgers" (lol jk jk) are pretty cool. they see the world for what it really is. i understand that people with this syndrome cant really show some sort of emotion, but so called normal people can be overly dramatic about a whole lot of shit, and it doesnt make any sense. my sister is a fucking bitch and overly dramatic and i wish she had an ounce of this syndrome lol. but seriously, i think some AS people are pretty cool :)
