@luvsbigboobs the spine to the head. then the individual experiences bliss and accelerated spiritual evolution. That is the point of the practice, I think the point of the video is to show the effects of a siddha yoga initiation in one who is ready for it. Namaste.

@abe100031 Hi abe, seems no body answered your question. What is shown in the video is the release of the Kundalini engergy at the base of the spine. in this case, released during an initiation. The energy travels upwards through the body causing external movements called kriyas, or cleansing actions. as the Kundalini travels upwards, the individual may perform many classic yoga postures and mudras. eventually, the kriyas cease as the channels are cleansed and the kundalini goes directly up
