Happy Bagels & Lox Day!!!
These were a TON of work, but SOOOOO totally worth it!!!
Plain Hand-Made Bagels:
4 cups Bread Flour
2 tsp. Instant Yeast
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 1/4 - 1/2 cups WARM Water (make sure it's room temperature. If it's too hot, you'll kill the yeast. If it's too cold, it won't activate the yeast and your dough won't rise.)
