1080P New October 19 21 22 23 Special Mariinsky Birthdays Stepanova Marchuk Somova Lopatkina

Thanks to a low life, despicable person, who uses the YouTube user name, tell1a1b , I have been forced to remove my previous October birthday video. This disgraceful person, tell1a1b, sent me a fake message titled The George Balanchine Trust. This imposter claimed to be from the Balanchine Trust and said that if I do not remove my previous video, the Trust will complain to YouTube. His attack was that I showed 30 seconds of Alina Somova in Rubies and by showing Rubies, I was in danger of being removed from YouTube. What this idiot imposter did not know, due to his stupidity, is that after Somova's Rubies, was one minute of Lopatkina in Symphony in C. This jerk did not know what Symphony in C is and everyone in the Balanchine Trust would know, but he was and is a fake piece of garbage.
Now as a replacement for Somova's Rubies is the scarf adagio in scene 2 of act 1 of Bayadere, with Alina Somova as Nikiya. As a replacement of Lopatkina's Symphony in C is Nikiya's entrance from act 1 of Bayadere with Lopatkina.
From October 19 to the 23rd, four Mariinsky ballerinas celebrated birthdays. The two youngest ones had their birthdays first and although both are ranked in the corps de ballet, both have great potential to become stars , like the other two ballerinas with birthdays, who are both principal dancers.
Here are the birthdays
October 19 - Yulia Stepanova
October 21 - Oksana Marchuk
October 22 - Alina Somova
October 23 - Ulyana Lopatkina

Lopatkina is already considered as one of the all time great ballerinas and Alina Somova is 12 years younger than Lopartkina and definitely has the potential to become an all time great. Both Stepanova and Marchuk have exceptional gifts that make them very unique talents, but in the heavily talented ballerina ranks at the Mariinsky where no young ballerinas do any major roles, getting their chances for important roles is very difficult. There is one exception among the young Mariinsky ballerinas and that is Oksana Skorik, who is famous from the movie, A Beautiful Tragedy. Oksana is only 6 months older than both Stepanova and Marchuk, but only at the Vaganova Academy of Russians Ballet are girls required to take a 9th year class, while students in Moscow, Kiev and Perm, where Skorik attended, only are required to take 8 years which was used by Vaganova until 2007 when it added one extra year. Another problem with the age of Vaganova graduates is that students entering the school are required to meet height and weight restrictions. There are many recent graduates who entered at an older age because they were too short and needed to be taller to enter the school, making them graduate at much older than 17 or 18 years old as in Moscow, Kiev and Perm. Recent Vaganova graduates, Olga Smirnova, who is a high rising star at the Bolshoi in her first month, was 20 years old at graduation, as was her classmate, Kristina Shapran, who is now at the Moscow Stanislavsky Ballet. Smirnova will dance Queen of Willis with Svetlana Zakharova as Giselle in November. Experience is counted heavily at the Mariinsky and girls graduating from Vaganova at older ages than their counterparts in other schools entering Mariinsky Ballet, are at a disadvantage, when a girl from Perm has two or three extra years of professional experience, which management considers more important than extra time in school.

By the way It's great to see Nikiyas on their birthday memorial. Bayadere is the flag ship repartoire of Mariinsky and no other company comes close to.
