@jason301973 That reminds me of an old photo...a car was parked next to a fire hydrant, fireman broke the windows of the car and routed hose from hydrant to firetruck through the broken windows.

You could do a follow up and still find that this is still happening. Especially the non emergency vehicle at the fire fire plug.
