@Aramis2000 his master warned him... you have to understand that it is a system that requires a lot of discipline, it used to be a military training for ancient warriors, sorry if my english is bad :P

I want to train at wudang one day, but do you have to study their religious beliefs? Could I just go and live there to learn Kung Fu?

@hibyeeee2 from what I see there are elements of both. It seems to me that Shaolin, Wudang, and Emei all have elements of both.

What style of martial arts do the Wudang Monks practice? Is it considered Northern or Southern styles?

most went to hong kong and taiwan.
actually the forms taught at wudang are very offensive. most schools there teach the applications of the taolus. and there is sanda training as well.
