@asdf76949 I'll say! Nothing they do today, can stack up to something like Chrono Cross. Something that, even though created over a decade ago, is still so timeless. It's weird, because it seems like in hindsight, in the late 90s & early millenium, that there were more great RPGs coming out than there ever have been since, but perhaps I'm just looking back through rose-tinted glasses.

@LegacyOfKaiser Im sorry to hear of this. I know she was everything to you. Im pretty sure you really loved being with her. This song reminds me of the one I love. I came here to find "Life ~ A Distant Promise" because I was upset because something is bothering my lover, and she wouldnt tell me about it. So I am worried about her, I find this song, and I listen to it... for once... and figure its true beauty. If you want, we can keep talking about this, Id be willing to become friends with you.

@KaiduxTheKnight We were fully in love.We experienced most likely everything together , anything we did together was perfect.It only lasted 2 years , after that we broke up.She couldn't continue anymore with me.It seems that the star stealing girl came back and took the star that I was keeping safe.That very star I was keeping safe is propably in someone's else possesion for him to take good care of it....

the scene where kid's orphanage gets burned down while this song plays in the background has got to be the saddest scene in an rpg. really sad and beautiful this music.
