t: *plays with matt*
a: so urm, I wont really be staying. Ill come back later for matt and-
me: wait. Dont you wanna see uncle Kevin? He-
a: no! urm, I gotta be somewhere so i-
k: hey aye!!
a: urm, hi.
v: *takes Kevins hand & they walk over to her*
k: hey, come in alr.
a: oh. urm, no. I really gotta go. I have to do, sth.
k: nonsense. Just come in. for a little while. Cmon.
a: no.... Kevin- *Kevin pulls her in & they 3 walk off*
t: was that awkward or what?
me: totally. *abt to close the door when she spots Rebecca & courtney* Rebecca! *hugs her tight*
r: hey nat. happy birthday! 13 huh? Thats pretty big.
me: tell me abt it. dads having a pretty hard time embracing it.
r: hey, hes your dad. Can you blame him?
me: not really. *laughs*
r: *laughs*
c: hi nat.
me: *small smiles* hi Courtney.
silence....
me: urm, thanks for coming. *hugs her but its kinda awkward*
r: urm, were gonna go see your dad alright?
me: hold it. wheres my gift?
r: you gotta wait for it.
me: NO! the torture!
r: *laughs & they walk in*
me: urm, thanks for the necklace Courtney. it was-really nice.
c: *notices shes not actually wearing it* urm, glad you like it. *smiles & quickly walks to becca* are you really gonna talk to Joe?
r: who else would I talk to? my ex boy- nick!
n: *walking pass her* oh. rebecca, hey...
c: hi nick.
n: *smiles*
awkward silence....
c: were, gonna go see Joe now. Later. *pulls Rebecca away with her*
n: *sighs*

j: hey!!
r: hi!! *hugs him*
c: *upset* hey...
j: *places hand on her cheek* are you ok? *to becca* is she ok?
r: *faking* pssh, yea. what? why wouldnt she be? *fake smiles* Im gonna go get a drink. *walks away*
c: rebe- and shes gone.
j: I was really waiting for you to come.
c: *looking down* oh...really? Whys that?
j: theres sth I gotta tell you. well ask you actually.
c: oh...
j: court, *lifts her chin* are you ok? you're worrying me.
c: *turns her head away from his hand* i'm fine.
j: you're not. and i would realy appreciate it if you wouldnt lie to me.
c: *mumbles* i dont wanna lie either.
j: court just tell me. pls.
c: *sighs* Joe, we need to talk.
j: abt?
c: its-its complicated but really important. I really didnt wanna do it here or tonight but, I cant wait any longer.
j: ok. what is it?
c: *takes his hand* can we go to your room or sth? I need quiet.
j: urm, yea. ok. *they go his room*

r: *sees them going up* holy crap. She is not gonna do it now.
n: whos not gonna do what now?
r: nick! *jumps & spills her drink on him* oh! Im so sorry nick.
n: yea. its ok. Im getting used to it.
r: *nervously looks arn*
n: so.........how have you been?
r: good. good. *looks arn* you?
n: oh just great.
r: right. right. *awkward silence*
n: Im gonna go.
r: yea me too. *go separate ways*
