Sharing a recipe we enjoyed early this week!

*MANGO
is widely known as the "king of fruit", and that is not without a purpose. It is regarded as a valuable item of diet and a household remedy. It is rich in amino acids, vitamin C and E, flavonoids, beta carotene, niacin, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.

*BANANAS
Known for it high amounts of potassium, the banana is great to improving digestion and elimination as well as releasing enzymes within the stomach that is soothing to ulcers. Many other benefits too. Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Manganese, Dietary fiber, + 422.44 mgs of Potassium.

*BLUEBERRIES
have the highest antioxidant capacity of all fresh fruit. They are very rich in anti-oxidants like Anthocyanin, Vitamin C, B complex, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, copper (a very effective immune builder and anti-bacterial), selenium, zinc, iron (promotes immunity by raising haemoglobin and oxygen concentration in blood) etc. boost up your immune system and prevent infections. Blueberries neutralize free radicals which can affect disease and aging in the body plus improves urinary tract health.

*BLACKBERRIES
1 cup of blackberries are high in dietary fiber, manganese, magnesium, potassium, and Vitamin C.

*ALMONDS
One teeny ounce of almonds contains 12 percent of your daily allowance of protein. You'll also get 35 percent of your daily allowance of vitamin E. This little nut is also loaded with minerals like magnesium, phosphorus and zinc, as well as lots of healthy fiber. And don't forget calcium and folic acid. Great to consume regularly. Make sure you soak at least 6 hours before consuming. Soaking releases live enzymes making it all the more potent!

*DATES
Fresh date is made of soft, easily digestible flesh with simple sugars like fructose and dextrose that when eaten replenishes energy and revitalizes the body instantly. They are a good source of Vitamin-A (contains 149 IU per 100 g), which is known to have antioxidant properties and is essential for vision. Vitamin A also required maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin. They are an excellent source of iron, contains 0.90 mg/100 g of fruits (about 11% of RDI). *FLAXSEEDS
are an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. They are a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin B1, and manganese. They are also a good source of the minerals magnesium, phosphorus, and copper. In addition, flax seeds are concentrated in lignan phytonutrients.

Just some basic info. on these foods. Imagine if they were consumed in nice amounts everyday?!! Enjoy!
