@xGR8xACE Its called maxing weight in the world of power-lifting and if you can actually complete the lift most people refer to it as "He benches (X amount)." If you didn't notice in that video that whole group was maxing. You don't do a set out of your max weight, cause if you can then its not really your max. And i'm sure he has the correct form. You don't generally get into higher weight without the right technique.
