Don't know about seeing "Bill" but they obviously saw something incrimminating. Look up MENA MURDERS and you can read all about what was going on. These boys were shot and placed on the tracks under a tarp and I don't care how high you get you cannot shoot yourself and then cover yourself with a tarp after you are dead. Clearly someone was high but it was NOT these boys! My brother James Conner Griffin Jr. was NOT high according to toxicology reports but he WAS murdered!

I don't know how two young boys could smoke 20 smokes full of weed in 3 hours since it would have had to have been between the time they left the house and were run over, because the boys dad would have noticed if his son was on something. They would have made them selves sick and would of had vomit on them selves or something. That's a stupid conclusion

I remember seeing a case similar to this one where a teen boy was hunting alone in the woods and saw some people possibly making a drug transaction and was likely killed b/c of it. I think the drug drops are definitely involved in these cases.
