@julisajulie Hi hun, I can't answer that question for you. If you are happy about how things are happening, then why worry? If you need to lose fat, your weight should be going down. Unless you are on steroids, you can't build more muscle than fat you are loosing. Yes muscle weigh more than fat, but if you are leaning out, your scale should be going down, about a pound a week. Depending on how much fat you have to start out with, will depict what your scale will do:) Hope this helps. "M"

Ok, I need to get down 10 to 15 lbs...this vid makes so much sense as did the first one, you do an excellent job in explaining..never been on a diet in my life. One of your vids, just before moving to Ca you had been eating lots of bread (my downfall) and gained, you wanted to get that weight off before moving - did you accomplish that. I have so much to learn, but need to take control before it gets totally out of hand. Thanks doll.

@imsassi LOL, you are sooo fabulous. I can see that your little brain is working overtime and learning the tricks, and something tells me you are going to be friggin awesome:) I did loose my weight, but not before leaving Canada. Kept on going with the sandwiches. However, without dieting just cutting the bread when we got here, no calorie cutting, I went back to where I was before the bread disaster:) I'm still not as lean as I want to be for summer, so I should start dieting soon:)

hi I'm not going to ask for a diet plan or anything but if u could just answer something how can i tell if i need to eat less to lose fat or exercise more to lose fat forenstenc iv been exercising for the past 5 but never really lost anything be it wight or fat and my mom always told me thet u will lose wight before u gain muscle but i have muscular arm and calves now but never have i lost the fat in my arms or calves that's what i don't understand =S

@theCrazyladybug That is exactly why it is important to take measurements. If your weight stays the same, and your shrink in measurements, that means you are building muscle and loosing fat. If you are loosing weight but no inches, it means your fat are staying the same and you are loosing muscle (not working hard enough). Take measurements over the next couple of months every week or two and watch for shrinkage, and ignore the scale.
