One flaw is that Ted would restrict the rights of felons. Everything is a felony these days, victimless crime that isn't a serious offence counts a lifetime gun ban. Why stop at the second amendment, take away a felon's right to free speech. while you're at it Ted. Overall on target, but bombastic as usual.

I'm all for Ted for President, but the president has no power.
Congress and Capitalism are the sources of true power in this country and those institutions are now corrupt to the core.
The people at the top care nothing but for the lining of their own pockets, and their children's pockets, and their children's children's pockets.

We had better be hanging onto the 2nd Amendment ,it may the only thing that protects us from Obama and his Czars. It's not really the crimminal on the street I'm worried about, it's those boys in Washington and the Fed. OUR Constitution is becoming obsolete. What would our forefathers think if they could see what a mess we are in today? We should all be listening very closely to what Ron Paul is trying to tell us, he appears to be one of the few in D.C. that's read the Constitution.

I agree with you - I'm not as concerned about common criminals as I am the criminals we've elected into office who trounce on our Rights in order to "protect us". Yeah, right!
