  • Dream wife.

  • @herojha She was explaining aperture in a more spunky way hahahah

  • seriously, there is no explanation here and whatever there is wrong. There is not destructive interference here, we use a small pinhole to prevent overlapping of rays so that the image is clear!

However, seeing their experiment was fun indeed :D

  • I dunno, Google works fine for me, it renders a reasonable result that should be easy for you to chase up... Love to see your next post on "Camera Obscura".

  • All your need now is a giant reel of film

  • Made a few of these years ago using the cylinder shaped oatmeal boxes and 4x5 film. Did different size holes and time exposures to get some really cool images. It takes some time and a few bucks to get it right but worth it. Of course you have to have a way to develope the film, too.

  • lol

  • Physics correction: There is no "destructive interference" when the pinhole camera (camera obscura) hole is larger. Destructive interference is when light waves are out of phase which has nothing to do with the dimming image from a pinhole camera's increased aperture.

  • The websites I've seen online require a lens.

Can I make one without one?

  • Doesnt light also bounce on alot of surfaces -.-? Good job not mentioning that, but for the rest it was actually pretty cool.
