1. I see a lot of Beyonce in this video. It is almost like she patterned some or at the very least a lot of her dance moves from Karyn White. I might be wrong though:-)
2. I think that I just discovered the secret to easy weight loss. Dance like she does in the video and when you can keep up with her through the whole video, BAM the fat is gone.
