the ball fake alone is not enough. you need to sell the leg-fake as well, at least move up and down.

you dont do that you have too shot fake then when the deffender jumps whn he comes down then go for the shot and then its a foul you might get lucking and make the shot.

Basic and easy to learn, I think this is a good tutorial. Also like how you pointed out that you dribble towards the hoop and not to the side.
