It is about caste, Jats took over all high levels and mangement of Harmandir Sahib especailly with the money and kicked out/teamed up against lower caste. Those thats controll the money are Jats those that make food, serve, clean are Dalits and other lower castes.

i don't mean to hate on any jats with my comment, and if they are sikh then they are not even jat or saini or chamar or w.e .. but sikh in the end we are all the same...
