what settings? Were these the ingame settings or did you force the higher settings from your driver? I am thinking of doing that myself, cranking everything to max from my Nvidia control panel instead of using the ingame stuff. I did that with SSF4 and got a nice improvement

I got your config &scripts and it is pretty amazing. I have a problem that every time I change classes, the game volume gets set to max :| Other than that great job!.

@yaomon18 You can change that in the config's preferences (ctrl+f "Default volume"). It's necessary for the config to know your volume so that it knows what volume to restore it to with the "lower the game volume when I'm talking" feature.
