@mikerotis For this I need nothing more than common sense. 10X10 scientists can argue all they want about PPM & various other BS. But any person with a computer and an internet connection can look at the real data and the real history and tell you that there is nothing unusual at all about the temperature on the planet today. Your argument is political based, and is driven by nothing more than government and corporate greed. You should be ashamed of yourself.

@aus2045 OK, the greatest scientists in history broke against consensus by defending ideas with evidence. So what? What we don't remember are the names of the tens of thousands of scientists who went to their graves defending theories that were not accepted. There's a reason we don't remember their names. They were wrong.The number of professional scientific societies who argue that human induced climate change is wrong is zero. If you have the evidence, you build the consensus.

Science is not about consensus. The greatest scientists in history were those that broke against consensus, those who developed theory and proved it with empirical facts. If science was about consensus we would still all think the earth was flat and sun revolved around the earth.
