Great! Thank you for sharing! In the French west Indies we have a similar candy based on coconut milk, we call it "doucelette", I love it and I will definitely be making those bulfi... and I love the name too!

i have a question when i make burfi it comes out soft like thick kheer why is that .so thats why i cant cut in pieces becuase it is soft how can make it hard. thanks.

Aunty G, can i use MilkMaid instead of using Milk, Sugar, Milk Powder? I think it can save time also... Please let me know if i can do it... other things i have like Coconut powder, wallnuts etc, i was just wondering whether i can use MilkMaid or not?
