Dubai is not an oil producing country! The little oil that Duibai had is pretty much used up, which is why the emir wanted to turn it into financial center.

i think the real reason oil was so high is so that americans would vote for change. as soon as barack obama was elected the oil prices went way down. and now if they destroy the oil producing countries they can take them over and gain more power and control our movement and our business then tax us to death =(

The price of oil, as of 7:52 AM PST April 2nd is "$52.10" ...
So that's the reason oil went up so high... To get the arab countries dependent on oil income to survive.

I heard of Steorn Orbo company has made itself public, and all its information public ( Newtonian Dynamics) you can see their magnet rotation in youtube. And I have heard of the free-masons but never knew what their objectives are , but to assume world domination .
