This is crazy that ppl are amazed by the power of whole foods. This is what God put here for us. Why do we need studies to show it's good for us? Of course we can heal ourselves. When you cut your finger do you need a pill to help it heal?

I'm looking for nutrient dense , e.z. to travel w/ ( astronaut - like ) super healthy food(s). Similar to a smoothie w/ combo of fruits / milks / proteins / nuts / seeds / etc. but in a compacted form for everyday use ... So called energy bars today are basically candy bars - only 10 times more expensive ... We make diet / food far more complicated than need be ..

There is no god. Grow a brainstem. You have been duped by people much smarter than you. Start thinking for yourself, please. Thanks.

This stuff is good but costs about $25. for a 15 day supply....wheatgrass juice is even more nutrient dense but you can grow it yourself in your own kitchen and wheatgrass seeds cost $.85 a pound give or take a few pennies depending on where you live....all you need is a juicer and the dedication to drinking it!

do you chew these or just swallow?

some chew, most swallow. It's a whole food, so you can consume it any way you like.
