mostly cause with those, they can trick you into thinking that you will be doing a one time thing, but will realy be doing a subscription service. There is a reason a lot of those ads are heavily regulated.

Not to mention it probably put out the full 5 WATTS of power. Todays cell phones are puny (power output wise) in comparison
