MILEYS POV;
It was a summery day, flowers stretched towards the sun, grass seemed greener, and laughter filled the peaceful silence. Well at least that was Nick and I. Of course Joe being Joe, he had taken the car to school. The more I get to know him the more I realize he would have died in Tennessee. Nick on the other hand was a real kinda outdoor guy. I twisted a stray lock of brown hair from my braids and smiled. My outfit consisted of Braisons flannel shirt, jean daisy duke shorts, and black converse. Nick was giving me a piggy bag ride to school and his mood clearly was benefiting from the sunshine.
Miley: *in a kid voice* are we there yet!
Nick: *laughs* Ill go slower if you keep asking!
Miley: *pretends to choke his neck* not being late!
Nick: fine!
Miley: ugh I have science today
Nick: with Mitchel?
Miley: mhm
Nick: eh youll be fine.
Miley: thanks. At least he doesnt sit at the table anymore
Nick: Alison greeted him with open arms
Miley: *in a sarcastic tone* yay
Nick: haha
Miley: *hops of his back* last one to school buys lunch! *starts running*
Nick: hey not fair! *starts running after her, picking up speed until he finally passes her*
Miley: hey! Not cool Nick *starts running in the parking lot after him and runs into someone and falls bringing them to the ground too*
Lucas: sorry *stands up and gathers his books*
Holy crap I was in the presence of a goddess! Blonde hair, blue eyes, adorable smile. OHMIGOD
Miley: no sorry it was my fault!*stands up*
Lucas: its fine
Miley: gotta go! *runs after Nick who is approaching the school*
Nick: WINNER!
Miley: *frowns* that did not work out the way I wanted it to
Nick: oh but it did for me!

MILEYS POV;
Oh shit. Here it was, science class. I mean I believed Nick when he said Id be fine but I mean really? I sit next to Mitchel. He was sitting in his seat when I answered listening to his ipod. I took an encouraging step forward into the room then paused.
Mr. Braxton: Miley would you come here for a second?
Saved by the teacher! Phew, not for long though.
Mr. Braxton: Miley, can you do me a favor?
Miley: yeah sure what is it?
Mr. Braxton: we have a new student and I was wondering if you would be kind enough to be his partner. Mr. Musso is barely in the room seeing as though hes a trouble maker and I think it would be beneficial to you and Mr. Till
Miley: who?
Lucas: *walks up* hey your Mr. Braxton?
Mr. Braxton: yes. Lucas this is your lab partner Miley
AHHHHHHHH YUM! THE HOTTIE THAT FELL FROM HEAVEN! Or at least from me knocking into him.
Lucas: *smiles* oh hey we ran into each other earlier!
Miley: *smiles* yeah
Lucas: well its good to meet you
Miley: you too *holds out her hand for him to shake*
Lucas: oh sorry I only do hugs

Miley: *shrugs* ok *hugs him tightly inhaling his scent*
Mr. Braxton: ok ok enough, back to your seats so I can begin class
I swear right when I walked past Mitchel in the aisle he gave me a dirty look. Me being me well I just stuck my tongue out at him! Ha!
