This raw footage shows an ATAG induction cooker, turned off in child lock mode (see the light). As you can see, the cooker is not turned off, and in the end, even if all lights are out, the unit is still turned on.
This is the second cooker with the same bug: if you turn off that thing and then put it into child lock, it will silently turn on one of the cookers.
