LONG RESISTANCE TO ADVERSE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS: solid and robust aluminium framework according to safety rules UNI 1049 of April 2001. "Brooklyn"is equipped with static calculation report and fire-proof class 2 certificate. SNOW AND WIND CAPACITY: "Brooklyn" is designed to resist a wind of 160 km/h with a minimum snow load of 10 kg/square metre. The snow capacity load can increase up to 130 Kg/sqm according to the sizes: values will be given in details for any requested sizes.
LONG LASTING TERM:
The single components of the structure are submitted to the following special treatments:
- anodising 15 micron, silver colour, for the aluminium profiles.
- hot flame treatment, high pressure, for the steel joints.
- stainless steel for the connection screws between profiles and joints.
- acrylic enamelling for top cover's protection from UV light-rays or moulds.
ASSEMBLING CONVENIENCE: the structure is perfectly modular through the special aluminium joints, quick locking type, designed to be connected to the different extruded aluminium profiles.
LOSS OF HEAT CONTROL: the side walls can be either made of PVC fabric or realised by insulated sandwich panels for the application of frames for doors or windows.
MODULAR NATURE OF THE COVERINGS: the Brooklyn covering is planned to be modular and can be assembled in many ways. A special raingutter system is foreseen for water downflow.

RESISTENZA AGLI AGENTI ATMOSFERICI AVVERSI: la struttura in alluminio di solida e robusta costruzione è conforme alle normative di sicurezza UNI 10949 Aprile 2001 e viene fornita corredata da relazione di calcoli statici. La membrana di copertura è provvista di certificazione di ignifugazione cl. 2. PORTATA NEVE E VENTO: la copertura Brooklyn è progettata per resistere almeno ad un vento di 160 Km/h con portata neve minima di 10 Kg/mq. La portata neve aumenta fino a 130 Kg/mq a seconda delle dimensioni della copertura: per ogni misura richiesta verranno forniti con esattezza detti valori.
DURATA NEL TEMPO: i singoli particolari impiegati nella struttura vengono sottoposti ai seguenti trattamenti speciali:
- anodizzazione 15 micron color argento o laccatura a polveri poliesteri per esterni sui profilati estrusi in alluminio.
- flamizzazione a caldo ad alta pressione sugli snodi in acciaio.
- Acciaio inox per viti di fissaggio fra profili e snodi.
- tessuto PVC ignifugo resistente dai raggi UV e alle muffe.
PRATICITA' DI MONTAGGIO: la struttura è completamente componibile per mezzo di particolari giunti in alluminio e acciaio ad innesto rapido studiati per raccordare i diversi profilati in alluminio estruso.
TENUTA TERMICA: le chiusure perimetrali possono essere eseguite, oltre che in tessuto PVC, anche con pannelli sandwich termicamente isolanti, nei quali si possono inserire infissi quali porte e finestre.
MODULARITA' DELLE COPERTURE: la copertura Brooklyn è stata progettata per essere modulare e componibile in infinite aggregazioni. E' stato previsto un particolare sistema di unioni con grondaie per il deflusso dell'acqua piovana.
