what spur gear are you running with the 20 and have you had any issues with heat on the motor or esc?

The new Dewalt 12v motor bolts right up with little modification, the old style 12v you had to modifiy your mount plate.

is that the standard motor plate or the single conversion one? and does the motor have any codes? or do i just look for a 12v dewalt?
