Not that there is no proof on Youtube that P90X really works with incredible results, but I thought I would share my personal results with you, in case there are still skeptics out there. This is a routine part of P90X, Plyometrics...
I bought a MIO Drive watch. I start the timer, then thru the workout (before and after every exercise) I take my HR. It averages the readings across the time I workout (hit stop when done) and it tells me (very closely averaged) what I burned - its friggin awesome!
Is the mio drive watch a good heart rate monitor?

@trtennis17 its not bad, but you have to hold your index finger and thumb on the sensors for about 3 to 5 seconds for it to take and record the HR. its not a constant rate monitor, and knowing now what i didnt know when i bought the MIO, i would go for the constant monitor, even if i had to wear the chest strap with it...

Thanks GT! It was only 80 bux. it is strapless, but you have to "take" the reading, its not continuous. press the two silver buttons for abotu 3 seconds and its got the reading. I did not want a chest strap... i love it. it really is giving me the info i need during cardio (like if I am doggin' it - haha).
