In the western world it seems so normal for parents to stimulate their children to go to school, but that is not at all the case in the refugee camps in the north of Uganda. After a long and devastating rebel war education is low. Parents don't care much about school knowledge for their children. NGO's like LABE try to change that attitude. Teacher Daniel Okot: I often hear parents say contemptuously: You cannot eat books.
