Its awesome, almost all the 70 or so games are arcade titles, and most of those are perfect ports of the arcade hits.

it came out around the time of the atari 2600...it had one built in game (minestorm...sort of like an asteroids clone) ...the cartriges plugged into the side of the console...very cool system

What the hell is a Vectrex? I take it it's a game system that had a bunch of vetron games built in? I used to love playing Star Castle in the arcade.

i got this system and loads of games I used to have the vetrex box and the boxes for the games but my mum through them away!! that would of added loads more to this rare console!

I remember playing this at the warehouses and stores when I was a kid. loved the unusual graphics and quick, responsive fire button. I think the Vectrex made Asteroids (Mine Storm) my favourite game of all time :-)

No, if you played regularly the controls were great. When I did the video I had not played with the unit in a couple of years. That is why I sent it packing on eBay.
