What you said about drinking water instead of high calorie drinks throughout the day is so true. It worked for me a few months ago, but i was not consistent in my exercise and gained some of the weight back. Also, i found that eating whole wheat stuff like bread, pasta, even wraps, really helped. Thanks for the information, even though Im seeing this video almost 2 years after, LOL

I'm not trying to be rude or attack her argument...but I think it matters what type of person you are, and how you handle things. I decided to become a vegetarian one day and from that point on I have never had meat nor have I had the craving for it. If your hearts in it there is no need to wing yourself from them. I think people need to keep in mind what they are aiming for not what they miss :) Congrats on all your success.

Just a friendly question: "sushi is a treat"? its raw fish. wouldn't that be something we can eat in the strict part of the week?

I am very super interested in this diet. I like meat esp ground turkey and roast chicken and grilled steak so I can do the protein aspect. i would miss carbs but I really, truly want to be a more thin person and feel confident. I do exercise but it isnt; enough any more. aging is hard and my metabolism is slowing. cant wait to get this book when it comes out.
