I have to inform you that if you put a nine-volt in a bottle of water or something and overturn it, so the bubbles rise, that you will have oxygen and hydrogen separated at the perfect explosive burn rate needed to explode all that water in the bottle and the sink everywhere. Kind of scary, considering it was an inch in depth of air and I was going to see how the flame entered the bottle when the plastic burned away. explosion. :)

If you watch at 1:32 they diagram water as being HO2, which is not water. And isn't HHO gas simply....steam?
