This song seems to have an obsessive love theme in it. Maybe it's just how I interpret things, but most of their songs seem to be about abstract sex, sadness, and/or obsessive love.

You're right indeed, as you can hear this one it's all about sex, about an orgasm experience. Others like Tiptoe reflects kind of agressive/obsessive love and Horse Tears is simply sad & glorious.
