this scared the shit outta me when i saw it on tv. this day couldve ended allot worse. first that incident with gowlands bike almost hitting that photographer, and then this.

Spoke to him on sunday when I got his autograph and pic with him,said he was sore but ok. Didn't race due to concussion!! He's one tough bloke looking at the impact with the barrier.

came in contact with the other bike and was unable to brake for the corner.

Such a shame for Karl and his team. Glad he's OK. I can't really see how he could have avoided this one - just a victim of the closeness of the racing.
