A police car crashes into another car carrying two teenagers killing both. The police car was not responding to any emergency and was speeding over 70mph and without any sirens or flashing lights on. The police officer driving the police car was arrested by state police for manslaughter. Subscribe!
@dgarr64 I am not sure what State you live in but Connecticut does not stipulate what you call Code 3, Code 2 etc. Each Department sets their own policy on the use of emergency lights based upon the Connecticut State Statues. Some departments are very strict while others are not

@ThePoliceRule that silent approach still requires the use of lights , it's called code 2 . Code 3 is red lights and siren. And, yes I know they some times " blackout" but not when responding to calls
