Lilblue, you were awesome! I love your technique. Everyone can improve, of course, but you have great moves! Congratulations, and yes... that last embu was incredible! I think one thing ppl need to understand about SK is that in the spectrum of martial arts, ranging from mosty sport (TKD, Judo) to mostly art (Tai Chi, Wushu) it's a lot closer to the art side, although very effective for self-defense.

i've now been training for a year and i am pretty impressed with the last embu. very hard to get all that stuff as controlled. but i would say that the first group need a bit more practise. but extreamly good video. cheers guys

full contact... but the "tournaments" aren't like karate or taekwondo...it's not about who wins or losses but more about the flow of the movements and if they make sense

i have a question. in the Shorinji Kempo tournaments is it full contact or just by points?

The final embu is one of the most creative I ever see, congratualtions great work !

I believe this is the first embu I see where the both start with uchi wage uke.
