Huh? I'm not kicking people out of Albany Park. I have no affiliation with either Albany Park, nor New Albany Park. I'm just a Realtor in the area who has noticed that a lot of people have lived there for 3-4 years now and they're ready to sell their condos and move on. I just want to help those people because most don't know what to do when they want to sell.
