Salaries for most Primary Care physicians will be severely reduced by the upcoming Medicare cuts. This will in turn affect the quality of care that patients receive and the number of physicians who would be willing to accept Medicare patients. Can a doctor really only make $16,000 a year? It's a very real possibility.

  • Its sad when MDs are only making $160k a year. With all the incredibly hard school work they have gone through before they even start med school, then actually getting in, then passing, then residency and boards! The selection process is incredible, only the best of the best make it. They deserve way more. Now Obama has to come in and screw things up even more.
