It's hard to live with an uncurable disease when you are only 12 years old and a boy. Girls are more apt to put lotion and creams on than boys.

If I could only take it all away from him so he doesn't have to suffer, I would.

I had a rash that wouldn't go away a few years ago. I bought all kinds of ointments and cremes. Nothing worked. Until I discovered Cortizone 10 Maximum Strength. It's an over the counter creme. It's wonderful, the rash went away and has never returned since. BTW, a pharmacist is the one who suggested this to me, God bless him.

Cortizone 10 sounds pretty powerful. I think that I will purchase it to add to his collection of tubs of creams. Cortizone will be good for the really itchy spots where it gets really bad. Thanks for commenting my new friend.

Our grandson, Galen, only gets eczema when he is allergic, or has become allergic to something...Darren even looks a little bit like him....G. needs to be tested for allergies @ every year or even 6 mos. to define and narrow the issues. i had eczema when i was 9 and it hurts very badly. one day it suddenly diappeared!! i was soo happy. best of luck!

i also have eczema and i know how terrible it is when it itches..im in college now and when i have inflamations i cant go to school because it looks so bad..keep ur head darren,, just always keep ur self mosturized,wash ur hands, and remember even how much it itches dont itch

i recall having scabies, which isnt as bad as eczema or hydrotropic Disease.

but it was very unconfortable. i struggled with it for 2 1/2 years. was greuling. and went to the doctor every other week for 2 weeks. i can happily say im better. you can do it bud! best of luck.

Hi Darren! Hi Charlie! I have a bit of eczema, too - mostly on my left back shoulder, some parts of my back and various parts of my legs. Sorry to hear that we're all sufferers, but we'll manage to get/keep it under control. :) Mine is partyly heriditary - my Dad has eczema. My pediatrician says, no matter what, to bathe EVERY NIGHT and SPOT DRY and quickly apply your moistourizing cream or lotion. This really helps me a lot & I hope it'll help you guys somewhat, too. Eczema is not a very bad disease. It's just annoying of how it feels with lots of itches. I also have eczema and I'm used to it already.

I am so sorry for Darren, I dont know what to say.. I just felt so bad to him while watching the video.. I know poeple who have some problems like this, but still not this bad and they are bullying about it. I hope Darren that someday something will help and your life will be good. :) This should not change u as person.
