So I Thought

This is supposed to be an entry for a contest. Its a Cloud contest, but I'm not sure that there is enough Cloud in it... ^^;;

My first(and now last ^^;) full vid in Vegas. Enjoy. ^^

A bit off in some parts (mostly the ending) but I'm pleased with this.

The story is manly flashbacks, and mostly follows the FFVII storyline (The Nibelheim incident, and Zack and Cloud being trapped, etc). Just wanted to clear that up. ^^

Story:
This story is about three friends: Aerith, Cloud, and Zack. Cloud has feelings for Aerith, but he keeps it to himself. Later on, he sees Aerith hugging Zack (Because of what happened to Angeal), and then starts to distance himself.

One day, Zack asks Aerith out, but she just shakes her head and says that she loves Cloud.

Before Zack and Cloud go on their mission to Nibelheim, Aerith gives Zack a note to give to Cloud saying her true feelings. Unfortunately, Zack doesn't give it to Cloud because Zack still has feelings for Aerith.

A year has past, and still no word from Cloud or Zack. Aerith is worried that something might have happened to Cloud, but tries not to think of such things.

Another 3 years have past now. Zack is dead and Cloud is alive but refuses to see Aerith because he believes that he is responsible for Zack's death, although he doesn't quite remember what happened. Meanwhile, Aerith still waits for Cloud, already sort of knowing that Zack is already dead.

Zack is unable to pass on seeing both his friends so miserable. So, in Cloud's dreams, he shows Cloud what really happened the day he died and what he said to Cloud just moments before he died.

Cloud wakes up confused, and finds himself walking in Aerith's church. He sees Aerith. About to leave before she notices him there, he sees Zack at the doorway, smiling at him. Seeing his friend at peace, and also remembering what he said to him, Cloud finally smiles, knowing that everything is alright.

He suddenly feels Aerith's hand touch his arm. Aerith is overwhelmed with tears, happy to see Cloud for the first time in 4 years.


Stupidest storyline ever, but oh well. XD
