  • Thanks for the demonstration, I was looking for a video for proper form and this nailed it, going to the gym and try it out now!

  • You forgot to mention the important part of Squeezing/Contracting the Bicep at the top, When you lift a weight, 100% concentration should be on the actual Bicep muscle, Not the tune you just herd on the radio, not the guy who walked past in the latest Nike, or the girl who just bent over to do rows. It's You and the Bicep, nothing else exists.

  • You need to work on your triceps more they are not very big.

    you can also injure your joints, they will get sore and painfull

  • is it cheating or bad form if you have your elbow resting against your midsection instead of out to the side? I think that is the only thing I've been doing wrong.
