her example on the partnership between the directors of the university just illustrated the LACK of opportunities for women and that the only opportunities which exist for women to hold positions is if they consent to being merely a puppet. ie yes women will be holding a post but unable to execute or do anything within its job scope.basically defeating the purpose of holding the position in the first place.
