And if humans do extinguish these magnificent fiery cats, it won't be in fair competition. It will be because humans poisoned them, shot them, or overcrowded them.
If any of us went up against one of them solo, unarmed...we'd find out who was endangered.
Save all the top-level predators; our fate is liable to be the same as theirs.
