  • @mrzrollins to lose about 1 pound of body fat per week is about average. don't get discouraged by your slow progress. you have to consider that you are building muscle mass at the same time.

  • i havent gotton to the platue point yet. ive been working out FAITHFULLY since 7/19/10 6days week 3miles or 1 hour of cardio each session. not to mention strength training on my arms and legs. Totallying 2hours in the gym every session and ive only Lost 2 POUNDS. whats up? why arent i losing weight? im eatting 1700 cal per day
