Boris the Blade have been the big talk around the Victorian music scene recently, being signed to two labels and only just released an EP. As they came down to Geelong to play The National Hotel, I caught up with Sharpy & Roman to discuss their music, future plans and the ending of The Red Shore.

Ellyllon hasn't been in Abigail Williams for years, they've dropped all the keyboards in fact, she was in Cradle Of Filth for awhile, not sure if she still is though.

I'd deffinitely consider BTB fairly straight up Deathcore, and sorry if I've missed something obvious somewhere but I haven't seen/heard anywhere where they have claimed to be Death Metal rather than core. That's not to say they're bad or good, it's just a genre.

Also Black Metal rules.

And good sugestion with Iconic Vivisect, been following them a while and there new stuff is beyond heavy, keen on seeing them at Filth Fest in Feb.
