@EversonofDave Yes, VSL has matrices which allow you to insert the articulations of your choice. You can have dozens of different articulations for each matrix. The way you change articulations (depending on whether by row or column) is up to you. Either by controller, pitch bend wheel, speed, velocity, keyswitch. There are many ways. It is actually very easy to use. So, if you wanted staccato notes whenever you played quickly, you can set that up easily.

I'm so confused..if I wanted to compose a piece for solo violin which made use of more than one articulation e.g: staccato & spiccato...how am i supposed to compose it while using one hand to navigate through the patches on the mod wheel? Is there an easier way of switching between different patches?

For a crash course in film scoring that doesn't require you to back to college and spend 4 years there, or spend a lot of money visit filmmusicjobguidebook. com/webinar.

This is amazing@@@@@@@
The main reason why I use VST. A God send to all composer like myself. You can hear how your song sound like in minutes. The truth is people can't really tell. A lot of professional or long time composer like myself can tell somewhat, but no one cares about what they think. It's all abut what the audience think. And most of the audience are people who only listen to music and don't give about how the song was made. The truth yo!
