Panasonic S7 Test Footage

This is a test of my new Panasonic S7 camera. I'm a huge fan of Panasonic products, thanks to the awesome DV351 that I still have(though it's starting to show its age). I really like the camera a lot. While the video quality isn't the most crisp, the portability and ease of use make it really handy, especially for new videomakers. This is a great way to learn, and the small size really does offer a lot of room for creativity.

As the video says, I'd recommend, at the very least, a simple lighting set, as the video gets grainy at low light. I'd also recommend a freeware software called SDcopy, which converts the raw files on the camcorder to MPGs pretty quickly, as the Panasonic software is somewhat limited.

Yes, you can turn the screen around. It only turns one way, so you can get the tilt you might on other screens, but that's a minor problem, I think.
